Keys For Kids Summer 2008 Registration

Summer Sessions will run from June 2- July 25. Please fill out registration form and return to school before May 23, 2008. Classes will fill up on a first come first served basis, space is limited in some classes/camps.

Please mark what classes your child will be enrolled in.

Preschool Classes

AM ONLY from 8:30-11:00

A $5.00 registration fee is due with this form for those children enrolling in the preschool classes.

_____ Explorers (2’s and young 3’s) on Tuesdays and Thursday $75 per month

_____ Builders (3’s and young 4’s) on Monday, Wednesday, Friday $80 per month

_____ Investigators (4’s and 5’s) on Monday, Wednesday, Friday $80 per month

_____ Investigators (4’s and 5’s) on Monday- Friday $125 per month

Summer Camps (ages 2-6)

PM ONLY from 12:30-3:00

$45 for 1 session; $75 for 2 sessions, $110 for 3 sessions and $145 for 4 sessions

Registration Fees due by May 30^th for June camps and by June 27^th for July camps.
